Small, focused and programmed sessions designed with intelligence and experience - we offer a mix of strength, weight-lifting, body building for everyone, even some Ju Jitsu inspired movements, plus up to date, scientific functional fitness protocols. It doesn’t matter what level you are at, there are adaptations for every movement and exercise. The hardest part is showing up.
All sessions are designed and delivered by highly qualified, best-in-class PTs, led by Body Builder and body movement specialist, Lee Diapes.
