It’s hard to explain, you have to experience it for yourself, but SCF is more than a gym - it’s not me who says that, it’s the other members! We are a strong community that hold each other accountable to our goals.

I always dreamed of a place where people came to unlock their fitness potential, reconnect with their body's abilities, and consistently progress beyond their perceived limits and dreams. This is it.

Our purpose is to take your motivation, get the data on where you are now using the STYKU scanner to take out the guess-work. We then use the data to get you to where you want to be, and way beyond the next 12 weeks.

We follow the latest, cutting edge science around wellness, health, bio-hacking and longevity to re-define fitness, so we are always evolving and upgrading our offering.

4 group PT’s a week for less than the price of a 1-2-1 session.

Our community is passionate, determined, friendly and supportive.

Each member knows their fitness WHY and is being guided to it sustainably by showing up consistently.

Small, focused and programmed sessions designed with intelligence and experience - we offer a mix of strength, weight-lifting, body building for everyone, even some Ju Jitsu inspired movements, plus up to date, scientific functional fitness protocols. It doesn’t matter what level you are at, there are adaptations for every movement and exercise. The hardest part is showing up.

All sessions are designed and delivered by highly qualified, best-in-class PTs, led by Body Builder and body movement specialist, Lee Diapes.

If you are going to invest in yourself, this is it.
