Well, what can I say about South Coast Fitness, quite a lot actually. I have been coming here since October 2023, before then I belonged to a well-known gym for about 2years, going about 3 times a week. At the start I really enjoyed it, but in May 2023 I started to get a bit disheartened as I was putting the effort in, but not seeing much of a result. Scrolling through Facebook I kept seeing adds for South Coast Fitness, so I took the plunge and contacted Lee and arranged for a consultation. Lee was like a breath of fresh air, very knowledgeable and enthusiastic about Health, fitness and Nutrition, something that I have not experienced before in my previous gym. So, I signed up and 4 months later, I am feeling much stronger and fitter. I look forward to each session knowing that I will be challenged and encourage to push myself, not only by Lee and Dean, but by everyone else that attends these sessions, we are like one big happy gym family, helping and encouraging each other.

Fear will always hold you back and if you’re holding yourself back, how will you ever move forward?
This was my main issue. This changed the moment I met Lee. His welcoming smile and kind mannerisms is just the cover of who he actually is. The knowledge , understanding, and enthusiasm he has for his business and his clients is one to be praised.
I have struggled with a few mobility issues for more than twenty years. My hips were in constant pain and woke me up multiple times a night. I’ve had every test, scan, and therapy option there is to relieve this and with no luck. I expressed to Lee my hip issues along with my ongoing paralyzing sciatic nerve issues due to an injury.
Lee took this all on board and within 8 weeks I was sleeping, walking, and strength training with ZERO PAIN!
I can even sit cross legged and I have NEVER been able too!
I cannot express enough how my life has changed for just those two injuries that have now left me. I say HAD because it’s been months now and I have put it out of my continuous thoughts.
My journey of weight loss and self love has changed. It’s still a work in progress but I’m getting there at a healthy pace with the support physically and mentally. Going to the “gym” excites me and I’m always looking forward to my next session. It doesn’t feel like hard work even though it’s physically challenging in a positive environment.

South Coast Fitness is a fantastic place to meet likeminded people and to get fitter and healthier. The place is very welcome for all and training is adjusted based on each person’s level of ability which is great. Since attending for the last few months i feel so much stronger. Coaches Lee and Dean are extremely knowledgeable and they keep and eye on your technique and how you move with each exercise and encourage you to keep challenging yourself, or offer alternatives if needed. Exercises are varied regularly and are functional and i feel like i am using my body in a way that i have not used in a while. Its fascinating how creative they are with their exercise selection.
Its one of the best places i have ever been to and planning on coming back as i think i am slightly addicted to it now😁 thanks guys what a great job you are doing!

The idea of getting a PT in a mainstream gym scared me senseless due to insecurities and feeling a bit intimidated at barely being able to lift the weight of a teaspoon! Instead opted to try a small PT group at South Coast Fitness and I can hand on heart say Lee and everyone in the groups are so positive & supportive and the set up is great! I’ve loved the discipline that small group training has brought into my week and bettered my mentality to want to get off my a** and get active. Everyone is so lovely and dare I say it- for the first time in years I really look forward to exercising! And even wanting to do more! It’s worked wonders for my mental health and confidence as well as already reducing RSI related shoulder pain in a very short space of time. I’m hooked! Anyone umming and arring about the idea of starting should just bite the bullet and do it! Come join in the fun!

Had two sports massages so far with Lee and I would highly recommend.
Tailors his session based on what you need doing and in some respects your pain threshold as well.

I signed up for the 7 day free trial with South Coast Fitness just before Christmas, I can honestly say it's been the best decision.
I was incredibly nervous but Lee and the rest of the girls made me feel so welcome.

I've been training with Lee for well over 4 years now, following a recommendation from a friend. I spend most of my time weight training and have PT in order to develop technique and strength. I also attend Bootcamps and classes whenever I can which are a lot of fun and a great way to push myself even harder.
More recently I've been to Lee for sports massages which help ease out any stiffness and soreness, and helps protect me from injury.
