What to expect for your first time at SCF

What to expect

We have a 6 week commitment, this is to show you what do here at SCF really works.

First step - new member screening. This is where we get you in for a Styku scan & go through your nutrition, explaining macros & what you need to be doing in order to get the best results possible. Plus we show you around the gym!

Here is what you expect through your 6 weeks…

  • 1 getting used to the sessions and finding your feet. Where equipment is and getting to grips with the structure of the sessions.

  • 2 you’ll start to feel stronger, more confident & your technique starts to improve.

  • 3/4 you really start to notice change within yourself, clothes are not as tight, waist is getting smaller. You’ll be smashing the exercises and feeling like you are getting stronger every session.

  • 5/6 you are really noticing the body changing shape. You’ll feel stronger than ever, noticing every day life is so much easier. Your confidence is at an all time high and you’re really understanding what SCF is about.

At the END of week 6 we jump back onto the styku so we can show you the progress you have made :)

If you love what we do & we are a good fit for each other, we will offer you a longterm membership. However if you can’t commit there is no obligation to stay & we hope you have learnt as much as possible so you can take this away with you on your health & fitness journey!
